Job Description

We are seeking a highly-motivated, energetic, out-going, self-starters with an eye toward the apparel retail market to join our team. As a Store Associate you are the face of our brand in the local store community and you are responsible for the Imperial Experience!
Basic Expectations:
Customer engagement
  • welcoming customers into our store, building rapport with customers, product education with customers and customer care through checkout. Store Operations
  • Keeping our store presentable by insuring it is clean and products are merchandised. Opening or closing stores. Register management for any shift you work. Sales Expectations
  • Minimum sales targets by shifts.
Opportunities to build skills:
Custom designs and engraving
  • Learn how to use a laser engraver to create custom products for customers.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail experience, enjoy working with the public, have previous merchandising experience, and have previous sales experience. Day to
Day Expectations:
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and managing funds in cash registers.
  • Create the Imperial Experience for all customers.
  • Focus on customer engagement to meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise product
  • includes stocking and restocking merchandise, insuring products are priced and setup correctly in inventory system, and products are presented in an attractive manner.
  • Work as a team with other full time and part time associates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the overall store appearance The above-listed expectations are not an inclusive list of all the expectations of this role; however, they are representative of our most important expectations.
Qualifications:
  • 17 Years or older with reliable transportation
  • Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to have fun and create a positive experience for our customers.
  • Self-starter who can work with limited information and guidance with proven ability to take initiative for the benefit of the store performance.
