Job Summary Sea Classics Trading & Interiors is a growing coastal furniture and design destination in Morehead City. We specialize in indoor and outdoor furniture, custom orders, and helping customers create beautiful, functional spaces. Our environment is fast-paced, creative, and customer-focused. We are not just selling furniture- we are helping people design their homes and outdoor living spaces. We are looking for a motivated design-minded individual to join our sales team. This is not a typical retail position - we are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, have a keen eye for design, and can confidently guide customers through the buying process. Responsibilities Greet and engage with customers both inside the showroom and on the outdoor lot, identifying their needs and offering tailored furniture solutions for indoor and outdoor spaces Assist customers with furniture selections and design ideas. Create and manage custom orders Helo maintain showroom appearance and displays - inside and outside. Follow up with customers and support ongoing sales. Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer experience. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining phone etiquette, answering inquiries promptly, and guiding customers through the purchasing process Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to transforming spaces with beautiful furniture!
