Job Title Home Decor Associate Job Overview Are you passionate about design, décor, and helping customers bring their vision to life? As a Home Decor Associate at Bob's Discount Furniture, you'll play a key role in our exciting new accessories department, delivering a world-class guest experience the "Bob's Way"—with honesty, enthusiasm, and zero pressure. You'll help customers find the perfect finishing touches for their space, maintain high merchandising standards, and support a vibrant, welcoming showroom.
Work Environment:
This role is based in a retail showroom and requires standing, walking, and interacting with customers throughout your shift. It also involves light merchandising, product handling, and frequent teamwork in a fun, energetic environment. Requires a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
