The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting floral arrangements, maintain fresh and visually appealing floral displays, and support daily store operations during weekend hours. This role provides an opportunity to work in a vibrant, customer-focused environment that values creativity and excellent service. Experience in horticulture, floral design, or gardening is a plus, along with strong communication skills, reliability, and strong organizational abilities. Assist customers with floral selections, providing advice on floral design and plant care Maintain and organize floral displays to ensure visual appeal and freshness Stock shelves with flowers, plants, gardening supplies, and related merchandise Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including retail math calculations Process sales accurately through cashiering duties and customer service interactions Support merchandising efforts by arranging flowers attractively and ensuring proper signage Manage inventory levels and restock as needed to meet customer demand Support e-commerce orders related to floral products when applicable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory management Ability to operate POS systems effectively and handle cash transactions accurately Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage positively with shoppers Basic retail math skills for sales processing and inventory management Knowledge of floral care is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stay productive and maintain smooth operations with minimal direction, adapting to various store duties as needed.
