Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier/Sales associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while managing transactions and maintaining the sales floor. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Duties Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash transactions and credit card payments. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions accurately and assist in pricing strategies. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries over the phone. Requirements Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail for accurate transactions. Basic math skills to ensure precise calculations during sales processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
