Job Description

Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working face-to-face at a sales counter / retail showroom Ability to explain products, pricing, and services clearly Basic math skills for: Cash handling Invoicing Payments and account questions Computer literacy (POS systems, order entry, basic software) Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment 1-3+ years of experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service preferred Experience selling appliances, propane, hearth products, or outdoor living products is a strong plus
