Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and floral design. Provide expert advice on horticulture practices, plant care, and outdoor project solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing returns or exchanges. Maintain well-stocked shelves by organizing merchandise, replenishing inventory, and ensuring attractive displays through effective merchandising. Support inventory management by stocking new products, conducting stock counts, and coordinating with suppliers when necessary. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist with e-commerce orders by preparing online purchases for pickup or delivery and updating product availability online. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a passion for gardening, floral design, or outdoor maintenance is a plus. Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or floral design enhances your ability to serve customers effectively. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for engaging diverse customer groups. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking duties and maintain an inviting store environment. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to meet store needs.
