Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product inquiries and demonstrations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Upsell products and suggest add-on items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain clean, organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Manage inventory by stocking shelves, checking stock levels, and assisting with inventory counts Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support team supervision by mentoring new staff or assisting with daily store operations when needed Requirements Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Join us if you're passionate about creating positive shopping experiences!
