Job Description
Job Overview R. Gregory Jewelers is seeking a friendly, outgoing professional, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our family! As a Christian family-owned jewelry store serving our community since 1981, we pride ourselves on creating meaningful customer experiences while helping clients celebrate life's most important moments. The Ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a somewhat fast paced environment. Jewelry experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong people skills are most important. Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner Guide clients through jewelry purchases, custom design consultations, and special orders Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up Meet individual and team goals Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system Assist with merchandise presentation, display, and showroom cleanliness Maintain knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, diamonds, and current industry trends Support store events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience Qualification Retail sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Detail-oriented with strong organization skills Comfortable with technology and POS systems Ability to work Saturdays as needed Jewelry industry experience is a plus but NOT required What We Offer Employee jewelry discounts Family-oriented work environment Flexible schedule About R.
