Job Description
Overview We are looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join our crew at Sweet Sensations! Team members will provide excellent customer service while helping create a fun and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties & Responsibilities Scoop and serve ice cream Prepare desserts, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items Assist customers with orders and questions Operate the cash register and handle payments Clean work areas, dining areas, and equipment Restock supplies, toppings, candy, and other inventory Help maintain a clean, organized, and positive store environment Assist with closing duties at the end of shifts Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Must be available to work closing shifts (as late as 11pm) Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting/restocking Previous food service or retail experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Flexible scheduling Fun and positive work environment Opportunity to gain customer service and food service experience Employee discounts on treats and desserts Supportive team atmosphere
