Job Description

Come join the MPC team! We are looking for a candidate that possesses a strong work ethic, and a high attention to detail. Our focus is on Landscape Design & Installations. We do not do Lawn Care which includes cutting grass. Which means no two days are the same in our business! Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance on landscape installation & maintenance jobs such as: planting, mulch spreading, shrub/small tree removal,and hardscaping.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at job sites.
  • Ability to respectfully communicate with clients & coworkers.
  • Reliable transportation to shop Work experience
  • 2 years of landscaping experience required
  • 1 year of Installation Experience preferred
  • Plant Knowledge preferred but not required Skills
  • able to perform a task without supervision
  • can lift at least 90 pounds.
  • great communication with co-workers & clients. What We Offer

  • On Job Training Summary As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through effective landscaping and installation practices.
Reporting to the Landscape Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include various installation projects , Maintenance aspects, and Tree & Shrub Care. Your mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and small machines will be essential in executing various landscaping tasks. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, you will contribute to creating beautiful and functional landscapes that meet the organization's standards and client expectations.
