What You'll Do:

Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and business services. Provide friendly, solution-oriented customer service. Learn printing services (signs, banners, etc.). Handle daily tasks like stocking, organizing, and mail sorting. Support store operations and grow into leadership responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service or retail experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Basic computer and equipment skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Nice to Have (Not Required): Experience with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Leadership or supervisory experience. Notary Public (or willing to become one). Willing to complete background check. Experience in Adobe design or Canva.
