This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented individuals passionate about the evolving cannabis industry. As a key ambassador in our retail environment, you'll provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty and satisfaction. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help demystify cannabis products and promote responsible consumption. Pay is $14 per hour plus 2% on sales. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products tailored to their needs and preferences . Educate customers on product effects, usage guidelines, and legal regulations to promote safe consumption Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments with professionalism Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer experience and increase sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting store environment Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements regarding product storage and labeling Skills Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales transactions. Ability to conduct informative product demos confidently and clearly Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Strong upselling skills combined with excellent communication abilities Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math for accurate inventory management Experience in similar retail environments is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory counts Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant industry while making a positive impact on our customers' wellness journeys.
