As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders. Operate the Aloha POS system for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash register duties, including cash handling and balancing at the end of shifts. Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while performing daily tasks. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
