Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team member to join our Wilmington store. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team where you'll have real responsibility and the chance to develop your retail skills. You'll be the friendly face customers see when they walk in—helping them find what they need, answering questions, and creating a positive shopping experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Greet customers with genuine warmth and provide excellent service Stock shelves, manage displays, and keep the store organized Operate the till accurately and handle payments Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards Support your team during busy periods

People person who enjoys customer interaction Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and energy Attention to detail Flexible and willing to help out No experience necessary—we'll train you!
