Entry Level Team Member

Vendexis seeking to add valued members to our team as we continue to expand and work to represent AT&T's wireless services to customers. We are looking to bring on an Entry Level Team Member whowill be responsible for a variety of customer engagements and internal responsibilities pertaining but not limited to educating customers on wireless products and services, and nurturing customer relationships to ensure continuous satisfaction and assisting with mobile wireless sales orders. The Entry Level Team Member will work to increase sales and provide customers with support working primarily with customers and decision makers. The ideal Entry Level Team Member is passionate about sales and customer service with interest in learning more about telecommunications. We are looking for someone who excels in a diverse and energetic environment.

Entry Level Team Member Responsibilities:

Cultivate customer relationships throughout the lifecycle of the customers wireless service to provide customer satisfaction Educate customers on products and assist them with their new sales and service orders Escalate customer needs to internal support teams as needed to elevate the customer experience and provide efficient answers Demonstrate effective communication when presenting wireless services and products and highlighting any promotions, upgrades and the benefits Innovative problem solver with the proven ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all wireless products and services to properly handle all customer inquiries and meet their needs

Entry Level Team Member Qualifications:

Able to apply advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver optimal customer service An interest in the telecommunications and wireless service industry Willing to work in a diverse and dynamic environment Posses an outgoing demeanor and enjoys working with customers Prior experience in a customer service, sales, retail or related field

Entry Level Team Member Overview:

This position is a full time employment position located in Greenville, NC. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

Pay:

100% commission - $70-$200 per order. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.

We work with AT&T promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
