Full Job Description Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Location:
Winston-Salem, NC Schedule:
20-30 hours per week
Requirements:
Saturdays required, no holidays What We Are Looking For We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our small team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, reliable, and enjoys working with retail customers and contractors alike. Experience with paint, construction, or home improvement is a plus but not required - we are willing to train the right person! Job Duties Provide friendly, professional customer service for our customers and contractors Keep shelves fully stocked and organized Assist with general housekeeping and organization Handle customer questions and complaints in a courteous manner Mix paint colors to customer specifications Operate paint mixing equipment and customer software systems Fulfill cash and card transactions accurately Qualifications Strong communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service Must be able to lift 50+ pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Previous cash handling experience preferred Ability to work Saturdays is required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
