The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, positive retail environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively promote and sell items Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques Qualifications Strong phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries professionally Experience in technology or technical sales is a plus Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and calculating discounts Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customers Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Excellent time management to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of appliance sales is beneficial for assisting customers in this category Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus Ability to manage stock levels and assist with inventory management
