Shop Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shop Technician to join our team. The Shop Technician must be a safety-conscious, hardworking individual. Under the direction of a supervisor, this position will be responsible for various tasks, including but not limited to the delivery of products/tools to the location, the refurbishment process of customer-owned inventory, managing new inventory, loading and unloading materials, and maintaining a clean/organized work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be responsible for the refurbishment of customer-owned inventory Operates fork-lift and lifting devices for movement of parts Assembly of products using various supplies and hand tools in the shop Shop organization Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly Ensures cost-effective usage of all equipment, supplies, and tools in the shop. General housekeeping duties such as trash removal, floor-sweeping and snow removal Other general duties that may be assigned by the shop manager

QUALIFICATIONS

High School degree or equivalent is required Excellent communication skills Ability to bend and lift in excess of 50 pounds Must have reliable transportation Experience operating a forklift or willingness to learn General computer skills are necessary Join us in delivering exceptional service while working in a dynamic environment that values your skills and contributions!
