Job Description
Ensures complete, accurate, and on-time information is generated by the ERP system shop order interface by evaluating the scheduled production orders and prints, shop orders, cycle counter count reports, scrap reports, material audits, ship loose reports, and inventory reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the ERP system shop order interface for released homes is complete, accurate, and done on time. Supervising the cycle counters who perform shop order interfaces and material count audits in the plant. Evaluation of count reports from cycle counters to reconcile shop order interface issues, correct issues in the shop orders and interface process, and identify discrepancies between the shop orders interface calculations and production processes. Collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, and receiving; physically organize materials for usage, counts, and identification. Coordinating the order review for scheduled production to reduce interface issues by identifying errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in the quotes and prints for each order prior to production release. Directing cycle counters to perform manufacturing material and labor usage studies and audits of specific manufacturing areas based on shop order issues, cycle count reports, and ERP systems data. Manage the employee scrap ticket process.
Education:
High School Diploma, or GED, required
