Food Court Team Member (Ice Cream, Pretzels & Smoothies)

We are hiring energetic and reliable team members to join our food court location featuring Cold Stone Creamery, Wetzel's Pretzels, and Planet Smoothie. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude Prepare ice cream, pretzels, and smoothies according to brand standards Handle transactions accurately using the POS system Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently across multiple stations Strict Cleaning & Hygiene Requirements (Mandatory): Maintain personal hygiene at all times (clean uniform, proper handwashing, gloves when required) Follow strict handwashing procedures before and after handling food Keep workstations clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift Regularly clean and sanitize equipment, counters, and food prep areas Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared according to health and safety regulations Complete assigned cleaning and sanitation checklists during and after shifts Perform end-of-day deep cleaning (floors, machines, surfaces, and storage areas) Maintain a clean and presentable customer-facing environment at all times Properly dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in waste areas

Requirements:

Strong attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to perform cleaning tasks continuously during shifts Positive attitude and reliability Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous food service experience is a plus (not required) Ideal for: High school students, college students, or anyone seeking entry-level experience Individuals looking for flexible, part-time work
