Role:

Inside Sales & Customer Service This role is your gateway to success at Intermountain Wood Products! As part of our inside sales team, you'll gain hands-on experience that sets you up for long-term growth and impact. Every day brings something new — from assisting customers to supporting our sales team and making sure every order runs smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping customers at our order desk and assisting with walk-in sales Answering calls and providing friendly, knowledgeable support Processing orders quickly and accurately Partnering with our outside sales team to ensure top-tier service Going the extra mile to deliver the best customer experience Using your strong computer, communication, and teamwork skills to get the job done right

Schedule & Pay Full-time:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30

PM Compensation:

$18-$20/hour (depending on experience) What We're Looking For Customer service or inside sales experience (required) Wholesale/B2B experience is a plus Background or interest in hardwood, woodworking, or construction (a bonus, not a must!)
