Wellness Advisor Pay Plan 9-28-25 Compensation Day Time $16 Nighttime $16 Wellness Advisors start at $.50 less per hour through training. After the first step of training which includes booking appointments and all customer service skills needed before selling memberships, they will receive a $.25 raise. Once the Wellness Advisor is ready to sell the membership, they will receive another $.25 raise. Sales Bonus FDA's that average over 20% for the full first 15 days of the month get $20 bonus If they also average over 20% for the last portion of the month, they get $30 FDA's that average over 30% for the full first 15 days of the month get $40 If they also average over 30% for the last portion of the month, they get $60 PTO Every 300 hours the employee receives 5 hours of PTO (paid out at end of employment) Sick time- Employees receive 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Starting after the first 80 hours. (not paid out at end of employment. Sales Bonus Every 40 memberships you receive a $100 bonus Raises and Reviews are done every 1000 hours Eligible for attendance bonus every quarter. If you miss a shift without using PTO or making up the time you receive the bonus.
