Asphalt Team Members

Overview North American Infrared is hiring for several positions: Pay depends on experience. Must have valid drivers license and live locally for all postions NO Seasonal Layoff, our infrared crews worked until Christmas last year. Snow removal and shop work in winter some infrared throughout as well. We do our maintenance and repairs in the winter months in the shop. Infrared Asphalt Truck Lead The successful candidates will have the primary job duties of supervising the infrared asphalt repair 2 man crew. This includes operating the infrared system, raking, luting and moving asphalt, coordinating the repair areas on site, following the site maps, supervising the job and following all safety procedures. North American Infrared is a locally run business that operates out of Claremont, NH. Hours will vary based on job length and work efficiency. Some overnight travel is required. Our infrared crews typically run March - December. Must have prior Asphalt experience and a valid DL. Will train on the infrared system. Crack Sealing, Sealcoating, Line Striping Laborer Position must be able to work overnights as needed and weekends. Shifts vary based on the job and time of year. Average of 50-60 hours per week during season. Job duties include loading trucks, clean cracks, prepping pavement for sealer, applying sealing, assisting with line striping. General laborer duties are expected. Overnight travel is required. Landscaping Local work does include some weekends as needed. Duties include Mowing, weeding, mulching, spring and fall cleanups, planting, tree work etc. Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements

• Operate the Kasi Patriot Infrared System
• Supervise the Job and other crew member
• Comply with safety and work in a safe manner
• Show up on time and regular basis
• Complete the daily paperwork and communication with the office
• Complete daily truck inspections, perform routine equipment clean-up
• Other duties may be assigned
• Ability to read a site map of repair areas and complete quality asphalt repairs in a timely manner Qualifications
• Prior Asphalt Experience with looting, raking and roller operations
• Ability to take direction
• Good Work Ethic
• Valid Driver's License

Work Environment

• Work will be outside, sometimes in inclement weather conditions
