Our store operates in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment using modern shipping and printing systems. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within the packing, shipping, and printing industry. Position Overview As a Full-Time Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of services including shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox management. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail setting. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment Assist customers with packing and shipping (UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon returns, etc.) Operate shipping and point-of-sale systems efficiently Handle printing services including documents, signs, and marketing materials Manage incoming packages and mailbox services (scanning, organizing, notifications) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Lift and move packages (up to ~50 lbs) as needed Stay on your feet for extended periods during shifts What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable with technology and working across multiple software systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Physically capable of lifting packages and being active throughout the day Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points) Notary Public (or willingness to become one) Experience with digital media, graphic design, or printing Prior retail or customer service experience Why Join Us Work in a modern, newly built store environment Gain hands-on experience in shipping, logistics, and print production Opportunity to grow into advanced roles within the business Ideal for driven individuals looking to build real-world skills in a professional setting How to Apply Submit your application through Indeed with your resume.
