The AT&T Team Member turns routine shopping trips into delightful discoveries about AT&T's latest wireless devices on the showroom floor. You'll brighten retail sales interactions with authentic enthusiasm for how great cell phones enhance daily life. As an AT&T Team Member, you'll start each day to help customers discover how the right cell phone can make their lives easier. The AT&T Team Member learns to ask the right questions and recommend wireless solutions with confidence. This role nurtures your natural sales instincts and shows you where a career in retail sales can take you. Core Functions of the AT&T Team Member Connect with in-store visitors to provide personalized guidance on AT&T wireless devices and cell phone plans. Advise customers on how different smartphones and accessories can improve their daily connectivity and lifestyle. Facilitate device comparisons and hands-on demonstrations to help residents make confident in-store decisions. Manage account activations, plan adjustments, and service upgrades while keeping the customer experience seamless. Document interactions, customer feedback, and device preferences to support ongoing relationship building and future sales. Support the sales floor by partnering with AT&T Team Member to improve in-store conversion rates and customer retention. Education & Experience Needed for the AT&T Team Member High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus. Motivated to excel in a retail setting and deliver a positive in‑store sales experience. Strong communication skills for breaking down smartphone features and wireless service benefits.
