Job Description

Full-Time / Part-Time Farm Store Associate Yankee Farmer's Market - Warner, NH Yankee Farmer's Market, a regenerative buffalo (bison) farm and retail farm market in Warner, NH, is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a year-round position offering approximately 20-40 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Candidates must be available to work some Saturdays and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. We are looking for someone who is organized, motivated, and enjoys working in an active, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. As a member of our team, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our retail farm store while creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Responsibilities:
Open, close, and daily operations of the retail farm store Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience Process and fulfill online orders Answer and respond to customer calls and emails Assist with packing CSA meat shares Maintain store organization and assist with daily operations
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or retail experience required Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, social media, and basic accounting systems Strong typing and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Experience with QuickBooks and/or Shopify preferred We offer competitive pay, performance incentives, and opportunities for immediate income growth.
