Job Summary:

Seastreak is now hiring Sandy Hook Beach Ticket Attendants to greet customers as they arrive and check in e-tickets for departures to NYC. Representatives assigned to work at Sandy Hook will be required to begin their shift at Highlands and then transport themselves to Sandy Hook Beach.

Shifts:

Monday-Friday 7:00am

• 12:00pm, 2:30
• 4:30 pm Saturdays-Sundays 7:30am
• 2:30pm, 12:30 pm
• 8:00 pm Holidays 7:30am
• 2:30pm, 12:30-8:00 pm (Varies by Holiday)

Primary Responsibilities:

Scanning tickets as passengers board Responding to customer questions and inquiries Organizing passenger lines Assisting customers with purchasing digital tickets

Skills and Qualifications:

High School diploma Experience in customer service (preferred) Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) after being hired. Certain felonies may exclude you from obtaining one. Excellent communication skills Ability to learn and successfully navigate a mobile POS Can provide the highest level of customer service and professionalism to all passengers Willingness to familiarize oneself with Seastreak's current offerings and schedules to best assist customer We are an equal opportunity employer.
