Garden Communities is seeking a professional and dependable Gate Guard for The Enclave at Dewy Meadows. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. This role is responsible for helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring access to the property and assisting residents, guests, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Monitor access to the property and follow visitor entry procedures Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional manner Help maintain a secure and welcoming community environment Observe and report any unusual activity or concerns to management Maintain professionalism and provide strong customer service at all times

Qualifications:

Previous gate guard experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail Ability to work a rotating schedule Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed

Schedule:

Rotating schedule Monday through Sunday, including weekends and evenings as needed. How many years of gate guard experience do you have? Are you able to work weekends and evenings?
