Sales Desk and Customer Service Associate

Want to make the world a little more beautiful? We're looking for a skilled, passionate, invested Customer Service liaison to join our team of extremely talented professionals! Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, balancing the ever changing schedule of our busy stylists and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on retail sales, booking clients, and maintaining client retention by building personal relationships!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase membership sales and retail sales Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience Book appointments in person, by phone, or through our messenger Maintain a clean and inviting environment in the studio Assist Studio Manager with client retention Consistently creates a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting as well as quickly responding to customer questions and needs Answers phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greeting guests Assist in administrative tasks including filing and data entry of guests records and surveys Prepare client records and paperwork Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards

Qualifications:

1+ Years in a customer service position Strong work ethic, responsible, punctual, dependable and self-motivated Ability to problem solve in a timely manner and communicate effectively with guests Exceptional organizational skills Positive, patient, responsible, and nurturing Strong verbal and written communication skills Salon experience a plus Here is a little bit about us...
