In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their Packing and shipping needs. Your primary focus will be to enhance the customer experience, drive sales, and maintain a well-organized retail environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring a smooth checkout process. Maintain an organized stock area by restocking shelves and managing inventory levels effectively. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management tasks. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts. Experience with product demonstrations is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a clean store environment.
