Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Store Associate, where you'll be the friendly face that helps customers navigate their shipping, printing, and retail needs. This energetic role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service, promote our products and services, and create a welcoming environment for all visitors. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help drive sales and enhance the overall store experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their shipping, printing, and retail inquiries Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately Promote and upsell store products and services through engaging product demos and suggestions Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls and inquiries Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about available services and solutions Support supervising staff in daily operations, including cash handling and retail sales activities Requirements Previous experience with POS systems and cash register operations is preferred Supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is a plus Bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases are highly valued Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Experience in retail sales, upselling, merchandising, stocking, and cash handling Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with grocery store operations or retail environments is beneficial but not required Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your skills in a fast-paced retail setting!
