Position Overview The Sales Advisor plays an important role in creating a great first impression for our customers. This position focuses on greeting guests, explaining wash options, and promoting our Unlimited Wash Club memberships. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and enjoys interacting with customers in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Sales Advisors help drive revenue while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and appreciated. General Requirements Authorized to work in the United States 18 years of age or older Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending wash packages Sales experience preferred but not required Bilingual skills are a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Key Responsibilities Greet every customer in a friendly and professional manner Explain wash packages and promote the Unlimited Wash Club membership program Assist customers in selecting the best wash option for their needs Process transactions using the POS system Ensure customers understand membership benefits and promotions Help resolve customer questions or concerns Maintain a clean and organized sales area Communicate with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle flow Meet or exceed membership sales goals Support the team in maintaining a positive and energetic work environment Perform other duties as assigned
