SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED, MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!
Green Lightning is seeking a Full-Time Budtender to join our growing team in Cinnaminson, NJ. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual who is passionate about cannabis and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection and education Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain compliance with all state regulations and company policies Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked Verify customer identification and eligibility requirements Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations Participate in inventory counts, merchandising, and other retail tasks as needed
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older Previous retail, customer service, or cannabis experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to pass all required background checks Green Lightning offers a team-oriented environment, opportunities for growth, employee discounts, and the chance to work with one of New Jersey's premier cannabis companies.
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
