Your Role:
As an Independent Sales Associate, you'll serve as a local representative of the Kapture Pest Control brand by introducing homeowners to our services and helping them find the right pest protection plan for their needs. Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable interacting with new people Able to work independently and manage time effectively Willingness to learn and apply coaching Compensation & Incentives Commission-Based Opportunity Average commission of $175 paid upfront per completed sale Additional $50 paid after six months for retained customers $150 training bonus per sale during your first 60 days when activity and training requirements are met Unlimited earning potential Additional performance bonuses and sales contests Health insurance reimbursement Career advancement opportunities for top performers What Sets Kapture Apart?
