What You'll Be Doing Welcome customers and provide friendly, informed service Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store Handle register transactions and assist with inventory restocking Support social media marketing through simple content (photos/videos) Represent the PWU lifestyle with confidence and professionalism Follow all company standards and New Jersey tobacco/nicotine regulations What We're Looking For Must be 21 years or older (required by law) Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong communication and people skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or social media trends Weekend availability strongly preferred This is a customer-facing role, energy, confidence, and presence matter Schedule Bloomfield operates 7 days a week with two consistent shifts:

Morning Shift:

10:00 AM - 5:00

PM Evening Shift:

5:00 PM - 11:30 PM Reliability and responsible communication are expected from everyone on the team. Professional Environment We run a professional workspace where focus and customer experience come first. Personal phone use during shifts is limited to ensure strong service and team performance.
