Job Description
We are currently hiring Entry-Level Sales Associates to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are motivated, customer-focused, and interested in developing professional experience in sales and customer engagement. No prior experience is required — paid training and ongoing support are provided. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers to provide information about available products, services, and solutions Educate customers on current offers, promotions, and service features Collaborate with team members to support daily operations at retail locations Respond to customer inquiries and assist with identifying appropriate products or service options Accurately document daily activities and maintain company standards for customer interactions Contribute to a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team setting Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required Compensation & Benefits Paid onboarding and ongoing training opportunities Base pay with additional commission opportunities Performance-based earning potential Flexible scheduling based on business needs Employee recognition and incentive programs Career development and advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Full-time positions are currently available.
