Key Objective(s): The primary focus of this position is the support of the Payroll/Human Resources Manager, predominantly focusing on naming conventions and document uploads Into Dayforce. This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Intern also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Focus on naming conventions and document uploads Into Dayforce. Provide support for HRMS, including researching and resolving HRMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Liaison with third parties and other stakeholders. Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Use some project management skills in managing projects. Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Continuously increase and HRIS application/tools knowledge through classes, reading or other mechanisms. This position is Part time and we are seeking availability to work Saturday nights, Sunday's, and two nights during the week.
Desired Qualifications:
College degree with Human Resources or related field preferred 2 years' experience with technical knowledge of ADP applications Previous ADP Vantage and Time & Labor experience preferred Previous experience with integrations to/from other platforms Some project management experience Sense of urgency is a must in order to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Must be able to meet strict deadlines Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and conversing with guests and determining their needs. Greet guests courteously, uncovering their needs, and giving polite parting remarks. Assist guests with product questions or general questions concerning American Dream and the local region. Prepare and organize product for display and purchase. Maintain specific product area as determined by the supervisory team. Communicate inventory levels to the manager and buyers on the specific product area. Communicate with manager/buyers on sales of specific products. Understand specific product area knowledge
  • features, other product options and benefits.
Restock displays as needed. Organize and maintain specific product backstock. Oversee safety and cleanliness of selling area. Process and count out funds accurately and timely following established cash handling procedures. Maintain knowledge of Loss Prevention procedures. Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to increase sales. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and discounts. Recommend, select, and assist in locating merchandise based on guests' needs and questions. Utilize the POS system to ring up merchandise sales. Collect the proper payment per transaction; either by processing a credit card or collecting cash, and determine the correct change (if needed) Account for all transactions; maintain an accurate cash count and balance the till at the end of each shift Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age. Outstanding guest service skills. Previous retail/experience preferred. Previous cash handling experience preferred. Previous guest service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of computers is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with supervisory staff and buying office. Basic math skills. Point of Sale experience preferred. Interpersonal skills
