Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dry Cleaners Presser, Counter Person, and Bagger — a vital role that keeps our customers looking sharp and feeling confident! Duties Operate pressing machines to expertly iron and shape garments, ensuring high-quality results that meet customer expectations Assist customers at the counter by processing clothing orders, answering questions, and providing friendly service Bag finished items carefully to prevent damage and maintain presentation standards Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including laundry stations and customer service counters Verify garment tags and labels for proper processing instructions to ensure quality control Support inventory management by organizing supplies and assisting with stock replenishment as needed Experience Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry services is preferred: training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction processing Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced service settings Knowledge of cleaning procedures and garment care techniques is advantageous Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks with precision Basic understanding of cashiering procedures and cash handling protocols This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in a vibrant environment dedicated to quality service.
