Store Sales Associate

Job description: As a Store Associate, you will be essential in representing the Eat Clean Bro brand, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the store and selling product to the customers. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will utilize your core skills in sales, hospitality and floor care to maintain a pristine environment.

Essential Job Functions:

Daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness Create an exceptional buying experience by presenting product promotions and sales opportunities based on conversations with customers, understanding their needs Receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock or product discrepancies to management, and ensuring proper and accurate sell through tracking and management Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, store policies, and health guidelines Coordinate with production team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of packaged food products Ringing up customer sales Ensuring cash register is balanced at start & end of day Ensure all refrigerators and product shelves are always fully stocked, restocking multiple times throughout a shift if necessary

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Proven experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately
• Must have availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong ability to address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner
• Knowledge of food safety standards and general retail operations
