Weekend shifts are also possible on occasion. Shifts typically run 9am-2pm or 2pm-7pm (9pm on weekends). No experience required, 1 year of sales experience preferred. You will be responsible for maintaining guest service, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations and providing great customer service. It is also the Associate's responsibility to ensure the display of the goods is up to par and make note of when supplies are running low so that an order can be made. Essential Functions Ensure that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment with solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service. Maintain an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements. Assist in setting up product displays, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping. Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock Cleaning and washing trays and baking tools. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers. Communicate guest requests to management. This role routinely uses equipment such as registers, phones, and baking pans. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, and kneeling. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move objects.
