Deliver a refined, concierge-level customer experience tailored to each client Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with a discerning clientele Drive sales through intuitive service, product expertise, and thoughtful upselling Manage orders with precision, ensuring flawless execution Maintain detailed client notes and preferences to enhance repeat business Uphold the boutique's visual and service standards at all times

Qualifications:

Proven success in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a similarly service-driven environment Demonstrated ability to close sales and build repeat clientele Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail Strong follow-through and accountability—nothing falls through the cracks Outstanding memory and ability to recall client preferences, names, and order history Polished, professional presence with excellent communication skills
