Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Plant Nursery Associate to join our horticultural team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the nursery, including plant care, propagation, and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will work in a fast paced and engaging environment with constant interaction with customers.
Responsibilities :
Assist customers selecting plant material and filling orders Ability to work with all types of customers. Effective communication skills. Previous Horticultural experience and knowledge required Physically capable to lift 50 lbs and more Must be comfortable working in all types of weather conditions Bi-lingual Spanish a plus Skills Proven growing experience with knowledge of horticulture practices Familiar with POS operating systems and MS Office, along with basic computer functions. Familiar with Quickbooks a plus, Not required Positive attitude, reliable, hard working.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
