We're looking for a dependable, positive-energy team member who enjoys helping people and keeping an organized store. This role combines customer service + register + stocking/inventory — perfect for someone who likes staying active rather than standing in one place all shift. Position Part-Time Retail Associate (Cashier & Stock) 20-30 hours per week Must be available weekends (required) What You'll DoCustomer Service Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude Help customers find products and make recommendations Provide a pleasant checkout experience Answer basic product questions (we will train you) Maintain a positive and professional presence on the sales floor Register / POS Operate the register accurately Handle cash and credit transactions Check IDs responsibly and follow alcohol compliance laws Apply discounts and promotions properly Stocking & Store Maintenance Receive deliveries and stock shelves Organize back room and storage areas Rotate products (FIFO) Face shelves and maintain clean displays Help keep store clean and organized throughout the day Inventory & Operations Assist with pricing and tagging products Enter invoices into the system Assist with restocking lists and low inventory alerts What We're Looking For Friendly personality and good energy Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers Able to lift 40-50 lbs (cases of wine) Detail-oriented and organized Team player with a good attitude Comfortable standing/walking most of shift Bonus (not required): Wine, beer, or spirits knowledge Retail or restaurant experience POS system experience Schedule Must work weekends Flexible weekday shifts available Evening availability preferred Pay Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Why Work Here Easygoing but professional environment Learn about wine & spirits (great education) Stable hours Growth opportunities as the store expands Employee discounts
