About the Role A.P.C. is seeking a passionate and service-driven Part-Time Client Advisor to join our Hayes Valley boutique team. As a brand ambassador, you will deliver an elevated client experience through personalized styling, expert product knowledge, and genuine relationship building. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a luxury retail environment and is motivated by client engagement, team collaboration, and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with A.P.C.'s selling ceremony and brand values Drive individual and store sales performance while cultivating long-term client relationships Provide personalized styling recommendations across all product categories Develop and maintain a strong client book through CRM and in-store clienteling tools Support loyalty and repeat business through thoughtful follow-up and communication Operations & Visual Standards Maintain boutique presentation according to A.P.C.'s visual merchandising standards Support daily operational tasks, inventory management, and stock organization Assist with store upkeep and ensure an elevated in-store environment Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales or luxury client service Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and inventory periods Ability to stand and move throughout the sales floor for extended periods Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus commission structure 401(k) Paid sick time Employee discount Equal Opportunity Employer A.P.C. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
