Job Description:
A premium retail brand is seeking a passionate and service-driven Part-Time Client Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support boutique performance. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, achieving sales goals, and creating memorable experiences for clients.
Schedule:
Part-Time (approximately 15-25 hours per week, including weekends and select evenings) Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales Create a welcoming and elevated shopping experience for every customer. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store goals. Support omnichannel selling initiatives and client engagement programs. Develop product knowledge and confidently communicate brand stories and features. Client Development Build and maintain lasting customer relationships. Conduct personalized outreach and follow-up with clients. Utilize digital tools to support clienteling and business growth. Proactively identify opportunities to generate repeat business. Store Operations Support inventory management, replenishment, and stock organization. Assist with visual merchandising and presentation standards. Complete opening, closing, and operational procedures as assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment. Team Collaboration Partner with colleagues to achieve store objectives. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Support business needs with flexibility and professionalism. Qualifications 2+ years of retail, hospitality, beauty, luxury, or customer service experience preferred. Mandarin Speaking a big +++ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools. Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
