POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Team Members keep things spinning and shaking during scheduled shifts. You will be trained to have a strong understanding of the company, culture, and team with a focus on providing an unforgettable experience for every customer.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Bring your A-game to MilkShake Factory and join a team that thrives on excellence, integrity, and serious know-how. Be the ultimate brand advocate, rocking stellar customer service with an authentic vibe. Elevate sales by getting creative with sampling, product recommendations, and subtle upselling moves. Show off your skills by whipping up top-notch milkshakes, sundaes, and dipped chocolates, all while maintaining the coolest store vibes. Tackle customer concerns like a pro, keeping a chill demeanor. Keep the ship sailing smoothly by maintaining the stockroom, coolers, and freezers. Keep it safe and tasty, reporting any food quality vibes to the boss. Ready for more? Embrace the unpredictable and dive into any other cool duties that come your way!
REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills Love for desserts Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Attention to detail and safety requirements Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus Available to work flexible hours that include nights, weekends, and holidays Must perform physical activities to accomplish assigned duties, such as walking and standing for up to and including 4 hours at a time, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting to 25 pounds
Compensation:
$16 - $18+ per hour
