  • Full-time Our fast-growing sales and marketing agency based in Jersey City is expanding our team and hiring a Sales Crew Member to support our AT&T campaign.
This role focuses on customer engagement, sales consultations, and delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers find the best telecommunications solutions. If you enjoy working with customers, closing sales, and building strong customer relationships, this is a great opportunity to grow your sales career in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Sales Crew Member Engage directly with customers to present AT&T products and complete sales enrollments Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and excellent customer service Identify customer needs and recommend the best wireless or telecom solutions Deliver clear and confident sales presentations that educate customers on AT&T services Assist customers with questions, account setup, and product information Promote upgrades, bundles, and promotions to maximize sales opportunities Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals Maintain accurate customer enrollment records and follow up with customers when needed Support a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales success Qualifications for the Sales Crew Member Must have reliable, personal transportation (own vehicle is preferred) Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers Ability to thrive in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment Motivated by achieving sales targets and performance goals Friendly, professional, and customer-focused mindset Ability to learn quickly through sales training and mentorship What We Offer High-energy team environment Weekly pay and performance-based bonuses The opportunity to represent a leading telecommunications brand like
