Job Description

We are a top-tier business consulting firm that has partnered with the leading telecommunications companies AT&T and Verizon, to enhance their business development, sales strategies, and customer experience. Due to our client expanding across this region, we are growing our team to be able to meet the new demands and are in immediate need of an AT&T Sales Team Member! As an AT&T Sales Team Member, you will represent one of the most reputable brands in the industry while working closely with customers to provide unmatched sales and customer service experiences. Your communication skills and leadership abilities will determine how we grow our customer base, foster customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction with every engagement.
AT&T Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions showcasing our client's products and services Collaborate with the Telecommunications Sales Advisor team to develop sales strategies and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Educate customers about the benefits and uses of AT&T and Verizon services Assist customers with account setups, upgrades, and troubleshooting Collaborate with Telecommunications Sales Advisor team members and management to strategize and implement sales campaigns that drive results Stay updated with the Telecommunications Sales Advisor team on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide customers with accurate and relevant information Qualifications and Requirements for the
AT&T Sales Team Member Role:
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates in face-to-face settings A natural leader with the potential to step into leadership roles as you grow within the company Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and problem-solve effectively Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively Reliable transportation to the office
