Our training program will give you in-depth product knowledge, but your enthusiasm will translate that knowledge into a fun, empowering, and fruitful experience for the customer. Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them to their ideal bike or accessory
• Explain bike features, basic fitting, safety practices
• Process sales, rentals, and returns
• Answer phones and provide support F.

A.Q……. Do I have to be a cyclist? No! While cycling experience is certainly advantageous, we have seen team members with little to no background have great success simply because they had a passion for helping customers and having fun doing it! Can I work part or full time? Yes! We are looking to fill both full and part time positions, but keep in mind, weekend availability is a must!
